OUR MISSION
“The Local Lift” is a new podcast specifically for small and independent ski area operators in North America. Recognizing a lack of resources tailored to their unique challenges, the podcast will address critical issues like financial pressures from consolidation, staffing shortages due to housing, climate change impacts, and budget-limited marketing. It aims to be a practical platform for knowledge sharing, community building, and fostering resilience in an accessible audio format.
